We stayed for one night on a short trip to look at Salisbury. We'll definitely be back - Salisbury is a beautiful city and there are lots of walking opportunities. Taylors is our first choice for a return stay! Kay and Steve made us very welcome, our room was really comfortable, and the breakfasts were fan-tas-tic! Not only is there...

Kind words indeed, thank you. We would love to see you back again. The river walk has recently been enhanced with some wetlands. the swallows are currently swooping in and around the river.

Thanks for your review. Salisbury cathedral is a magnificent place for sure. In fact we are going there this evening. Regards, Steve & Kay.

Comfortable place, very clean. The room was really cute and the breakfast was delicious and rich. The location is perfect to reach stonehenge but a bit far from the town center by walk. However, if you want to use public transport there is a bus stop in front of the house. The owners are very kind and they made us...

Thanks for taking the time to review us. The Red1 bus is a great boon for the weary traveller. Hard to beat the stroll along the river when the sun is shining. Steve & Kay

I stayed for one night at Taylors when I needed to be in Salisbury - it was an excellent experience! Friendly welcome, and very comfortable room with lots of lovely touches to make the stay welcoming. Breakfast was really yummy - plenty of choice and well cooked scrambled eggs (so often awful in B & Bs and hotels!). I would...

Really enjoyed our stay – the room was clean and a good size, and Kay and Steve were friendly and very welcoming. Location was a short walk into the centre of Salisbury (which we did both days) or there was a bus stop right on the doorstep. We also drove to get there and there was plenty of parking on...

Thanks for your positive comments about our house. The Red 1 bus is very convenient for getting in and out of town. The river walk is my favourite.

My friend and I stayed here en-route to a wedding and we can't fault anything! We were welcomed in and shown maps of the local area. We had brought some champers and stilton for dinner and were brought up flutes, crackers and grapes to accompany them. Kay went out of her way to help us. The bedroom was lovely -...

We stayed at Taylor's guest house for one night in December and had a lovely comfortable time here. We met Steve who was very friendly and accommodating and our room was lovely and cosy. Breakfast the next day was spot on also! and we enjoyed a nice walk by the river into town. Highly recommended! Thank you Steve and Kay!

I stayed with my partner at Taylor’s Guesthouse for a night in October 2014. The double ensuite rooms were very comfortable, clean and well presented. Kay and Steve were very friendly hosts and being local, able to provide advice on places to visit and eat. Breakfast was highly palatable and prepared on time. Wifi reached the room without an issue....

What a lovely review - thanks very much. We are blessed with many fine restaurants in Salisbury and of course we have to try them all so that we can make informed recommendations - it is a thankless task but someone has to do it.

Really enjoyed my stay at Taylor's guesthouse for 4 days. Great location with just a short walk into the city centre. Easy on road parking. Fantastic breakfast provided every morning which was thoroughly enjoyed and kept me going all day. The rooms were great and provided every thing I needed along with a great nights sleep. Thanks for your review. Kay's cookies are getting quite a reputation and it is difficult to refrain from eating them before they ever get into the guest rooms!
