No frills hotel brilliant for the price. Tv in room, pod style shower ( only a frosted glass door) no telephone in room but clean, comfy bed and room for all your stuff. Bit of a tidy up on decor (skirts and plastering) maybe need but nothing major. Overall a great hotel for busines or shopping. No kettle in the...

Been in Leeds for 4 weeks on business and stayed here. Rooms basic but clean, warm and have all you could need bed, shower with plenty hot water and nice fresh towels. Tv with remote control. Tea and coffee available free from near the reception. Breakfast continental style but always fresh and plentiful. Coffee from machine at breakfast was piping...

£26 for the night, can't say fairer than that really. The hotel is quite central so easy access to the city centre. Everything about this place is very basic, small rooms, uncomfortable bunk beds, tiny bathroom, no parking but what more can you ask for at £26 for three night? It did the job. Worst part was £21 for the...

Everything you really need is there: room, bed, shower (etc), towels, simple breakfast. Nothing you don't really need is there: trouser press, kettle (machine in foyer), flash restaurant, room service, a lot of space. Only surplus item was TV.

myself and my boyfriend chose this hotel due to us been students and the price was very cheap. We paid £29 for the night and got a good nights sleep. If you want luxury look else where but if you want somewhere cheap to put your head down then this is great. Only 10 minute walk to Leeds city centre...

Room felt a bit prison like decor wise, even for a budget hotel. The air conditioning was broken and spent half the night freezing. Plug etc in totally the wrong locations. Mattress was horrible. Overall a bit to budget for me and my wife. At 59£ a night I wish I spent another £20 and had a bit more comfort...

Ok stay, ideally placed in centre of Leeds, close to all amenities, parking 5 minute walk away at NCP multistorey £6 for 24hrs, a lot of young groups were staying the night we stayed, making a fair bit of noise in the early hours luckily though not in joining rooms.

Thought would give this budget hotel a try as my visits to Leeds to see my Uni kids usually result in a hefty hotel bill from one of the well known in town hotels. Just a little out of the main town but walkable. All appeared smart and functional in Reception and public areas. Room compact but clean with nice...
