My daughter and her two friends booked two rooms for the night as they were going to the Leeds festival. My wife and I were driving them down to Leeds, staying in a different hotel and then taking them home the next day. We dropped them at the festival about lunchtime and then drove to their hotel to drop their...

Stayed here for one night. the staff were helpful, the room was basic but clean and roomy. the price was very reasonable. the room was on the third floor with access by stairs. The hotel is close to the armories, about ten minutes walk away. and 20-25 minutes walk from the railway station. there is limited off-street parking, but plenty...

The Brookfield is not your roses-round-the-door guest house. My rating is based on the price - £30 for an en-suite single plus £3 for breakfast. Breakfast, like the rest of the hotel, was fairly basic but ok for the price. The room was clean and comfortable, and the standard of décor was good, with no stained carpets or peeling paint....

Staff friendly, hotel boss has an assistant who is very quiet but he is fine once he gets used to you. Bit nervous I guess. Clean, basic room.( We had the triple room). Plenty of hot water and clean towels. Good tasty cooked breakfast for £3 per person extra. If you want a" fancy" hotel that costs about four times...

Not only are the rooms advertised as non-smoking, but the front door states that the whole property is smoke-free yet the reception area stank of smoke, and as our room was on the ground-floor with the door open for our arrival, our room also smelled. The man on the desk wasn't very friendly. It was quite clean and fine for...

Situated in a prime Leeds location stands the humble but underrated Brookfield hotel, beneath the less than tasteful decor and musky smell lies the most accommodating and money well spent stay you will possibly ever experience. A bed, a shower, a toilet, a kettle and a working light: what more could you ask for? Pay an extra £3 each for...

This is not a big nice looking hotel but it's got everything you need for a couple of nights away and it's right on the edge of the city centre. You'll be met by a gentleman who seems a little shy but pleasant enough. Check in is quick and easy, you'll also be asked at check in if you would...

Brookfield Hotel is a very inexpensive place to stay but if all you want is somewhere within easy walking distance of the city centre and docklands which doesn't leave a hole in your wallet, then this is the place! The area around the hotel isn't pretty but the rooms are a good size and clean. The shower is hot and...

Booked here as we were going to the 02 academy Good Friday . On first impression it didn't look up to much. We were greeted by a quiet guy and checked in quickly. Room 10 was a decent size with plenty of storage space, modern decor and very clean. The bed was so comfortable. Everything you need including tea and coffee...

Booked this hotel purely for location to go to Leeds Arena. Was not to bad and the room were cleaned. Not at all useful for disabilities and as I forgot to book a low floor room I was put right on the top floor. Breakfast was nice and hot, cooked to order. Was okay for the price I paid.
