The room was comfortable, the check-in was straight-forward, but the food served was poor. It was out of a packet and just put in a microwave. In addition, the choice and variety of the menu was limited.

We stayed here to go to a concert. It said on website 10 mins to town, but more. Had to pay extra £10 if we wanted to book in before 2. Parking atrocious. Pay and display. Very inconvenient. Had to keep going back to put more money in

Undercooked streaky bacon. Undercooked tomato. Raw mushroom slices DIY boiled egg cooked for 4 mins as instructed and it was almost raw. Ran all over table. I would never chose to...

The hotel is situated around 20 mins walk from the City Railway Station and is in walkable distance of most attractions. Staff reception was great - all very friendly and helpful. We did feel a little sorry for the lone man on late night duty looking after the bar, reception and generally having to clear up in the bar and...

On the plus side this hotel is in a good location and the rooms were clean and quiet with comfy beds. However, only one lift was working which meant that it took ages to get to the rooms and I had a few issues with getting the promotional deal that I had made my booking under. All sorted eventual but...
