Booked several rooms, with different arrivals. Send Reception manager an email to check everything was as discussed. He confirmed everything was fine, but no it wasn't at all!! He insisted that we had to book another room and we wasted 1 night of an unused room. Shambles! The checking in process took forever as in the evening the receptionist also had...

This Ibis is a good one. It's about 15 minutes walk from the rail station and will be a 5 minute taxi to most parts of Leeds. The building is located in an area that's starting to get you away from the heart of the city and all amenities, but it's quiet as a result and there are places to...

Situated abut 5-10 minutes walk from the town centre. Parking can be an issue. Car park in the centre of the roundabout but you will need to keep popping out to feed the meter. There is an app for the parking but very poor service. Check in to the hotel was simple. Room was clean, bit basic but good for...

Great location for central Leeds and the University in particular. Clean room, and bathroom, friendly staff on arrival and throughout my stay, Breakfast was a delight with freshly cooked food and a good choice of cereals, fruit or cooked. Delicious sausages and fine croissants and jams. I liked it very much for a budget hotel.

I rang prior to arrival and the guy who answered the phone have clear detas about the parking and how to get best value until 0800 the next day. On arrival booking in was quick and...

Stayed 1 night on business with a colleague. Room is spacious and bathroom pod well done. Shower is huge and great too. Bed was comfortable. TV remove unfortunately not working but I never asked to have it fixed as wasn't too bothered. Shower was a bit annoying over night as it kept spitting water for some reason, bearable though. Breakfast...

We stayed here for one night when my fiancé and his siblings were running the Leeds half marathon. It's fine as a cheap, central place to stay. It's easy to walk to the city centre and the rooms had everything we needed. The beds were comfy enough and the shower was nice. The only downsides were that there is no...

Stayed at this Ibis on three occasions over the last six months due to the location. The check-in and out straight forward. The rooms are basic and satisfactory for an over-night or a couple of nights stay. I particularly like the shower! The only negative is the lack of guest parking. There is however a Leeds council car park directly...
