Visiting for a friends wedding. Location was alright, not too far from the centre and a massive bonus was the free parking. Needs a massive refurb as it is very dated, but beds were comfy and the breakfast was yummy too. Staff are all lovely which certainly helped. With a little TLC this place could be amazing.

Yes,this is a budget hotel, the decor and facilities are exactly what you expect, but you can not help but warm to the place. The staff are absolutely amazing, they are so friendly and so welcoming, my bags were taken to my room, I was allowed to taste the wine before purchasing a glass and breakfast was offered to me despite me missing...

Ok, Yeah, the area is a little run down and the hotel décor is a little tired and in need of upgrading in some areas. BUT My room was clean, the bed was comfy, there was a TV, kettle coffee tea etc. Ok the duvet and pillow cases were floral but so what ? There is off street parking in...

I've been staying here throughout the week for the past 5 months and have not found any fault. The owners cannot do enough for you and there is ample car parking round the back. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Leeds.

Stayed at the hotel ahead of the recent Tour de Yorkshire Sportive. Booked purely due to its location near the start of the ride in Roundhay Park. Had very little expectation of it and to be fair the decor has seen many better days and the room was pretty basic but functional. However what we were not expecting was how...

The Adriatic Hotel is in a good location close(ish) for Roundhay park and the owners are friendly as per the previous reviews. However the place is in need of serious investment and updating - it's looking very tired and needs modernising. The price is not high but if you factor in breakfast (extra cost) then it's not too cheap either....

Stayed at The Adriatic with 3 friends and an old guy for the Tour De Yorkshire Sportive. When you first walk in to your room - it's like going back in time, maybe 20 years or so! Highlights were the odd drip from leaking ceilings, pink bathroom suite, camping table in room. However... The owners George & Liz are the...

A comfortable hotel for the price point... You can't go wrong. George and his wife made the whole stay far more enjoyable and personable. I've endured significantly lesser service at significantly more expensive hotels. A great location for Roundhay Park, start of the 2015 Tour De Yorkshire Sportive. If the tour comes back to Leeds, so will I to the...

A group of friends and I stayed at the hotel as we were riding the Tour De Yorkshire Sportive. We booked this hotel due to the close proximity to Roundhay Park (under 1 mile). The hotel is shabby, needs updating and the roof was leaking in the dining room....but.....the cost is cheap, the hospitality is fantastic and really friendly (George...

We could not have been made more welcome by the family who run the Adriatic. It suited us perfectly for a one-night stay in a convenient location half way between the city and Roundhay Park. Our room was very dated and a little shabby but this didn't matter to us as basic was all we needed. We had a good...
