Stayed here I a business trip and was pretty underwhelmed by just about everything except the staff who were all friendly and welcoming The hotel is in a magnificent location - you can actually walk straight into the train station directly from the hotel - and it has an amazing Art Deco exterior and in parts interior. What lets the...

It is not quite Claridges of the north but at a fraction of the price it is a beautiful period building that deco lovers will appreciate. The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, the room was comfortable and clean and surprisingly well sound proofed (it was a Saturday night after al!). This hotel also adjoins the rail station...

Very comfortable stay in this 1930's Art Deco Hotel. Rooms very modern. Centrally located in the heart of Leeds. Easy walking distance to most attractions. Shops, pubs, and other places of interest. Right next door to Leeds Railway station. Only 10 minute walk from bus station. Staff were very helpful, polite and friendly.

Lovely hotel, often arrive late at night and staff on duty are so pleasant, even at this late time! The hotel itself is a grand art deco building and the room was comfortable overlooking Leeds city centre.

Situated right next to the train station it could not be better placed. Classy bar with good range of drinks. Yes it is old but oozes history. Large ballroom again very classy. A short walk from the hotel is hundreds of bars and restaurants although you can stay within the hotel which provides everything for a short stay
