For a night out in Leeds it's ideal 10 mins walking from any of the bar areas. The entrance area is very grand. Free wi fi for one hour a bonus. Didn't use restaurant so can't comment on food. Rooms clean but old fashioned. Ideal for night out in Leeds.

Where do I start - very poor experience considering the 4 star status and price tag. Lift was out of order for the week - we were on the 3rd floor with heavy luggage - no mention of this at the time of booking yet it was planned maintenance. Wifi was pathetic with only an hour free. The car park...

Old character but with a freshness modernness about it. Got everything right here, all the little details like candle lanterns at the front doors. Perfection. On night 3 and delighted with my stay. Staff are so very nice. Breakfasts have been delicious. Do consider a tiny little walk off the very city centre boasting of more quietness and minutes only...

Business stay, and the bedrooms are comfortable with nice size conference room, and quiet so conducive to good working. The hotel itself is very well located close to Leeds station, and ideal for exploring the city centre. However the stay was marred by shoddy customer service. This included very slow evening meal with hardly any waiting staff, and service all...

This hotel could not be in a better location than it is, about a five minute walk from the train station and a close walk to everything else in Leeds. It was very convenient for us and our friends to come see us. However we did have some problems, first off our room was incredible warm, like almost sweltering when...

We just stayed here last Friday night. The rate of £67.00 was excellent value. The room was spotless and the bed comfortable. The Art Deco entrance and grand staircase were a wonderful feature. The plumbing must be ancient as it took forever to get hot water in the shower. It was an extremely hot night and there is no air...
