Built as the railway hotel in Bradford this is a beautiful Victorian building. It still has many original features, and has been updated to a good standard. The service and food are always good. Excellent value for money - there are often very good offers.

We decided to stop for a late lunch which became a brunch by the time we arrived. Sat in the spacious bar and although 10.30 was already busy with Luke minded people. A great buzz The eggs royale together with the scrambled eggs and crispy bacon on toast was freshly cooked and gorgeous. My wife commented on how fluffy and...

The best eggs benedict I've eaten. Egg yolks runny, bacon crispy. Arrived freshly made but quickly. Coffee excellent, strong but with the option of milder versions. Price for 4 speciality coffees and two breakfasts £20.

We use the Midland coffee shop as a meeting place prior to group rides. We were welcomed from the start of our meetings in October 2013 and we have enjoyed excellent personal service from the delightful and efficient staff ever since.

Lovely stable room, me and the wife spent 2 nights at the midland. Helpful and very friendly staff, excellent breakfast and excellent price for the stay. Not too far from Leeds town centre ( number 168 ) stops outside the door will take you straight into town. Thanks

Stayed for one night on business and i knew i had made the right choice of hotels in the area. Easy free parking with plenty of space. The Midland pub is where you book in and it was handy to see there were plenty of TV's showing the premier league match live too. The rooms are separate from the pub...

We stayed here as it was close to the leeds country way and is dog friendly. The staff were excellent and the room first rate. The breakfast was super. Compared to the other hotels we stayed in for this walk, the Holiday Inn Tong and Mercure Hotel, this was by far the best value and friendliest. A luxury room at...
