very clean and comfortable but rooms not quite as big as they appear on the website. The evening meals are excellent. also a lovely breakfast, especially the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. Parking is at a pub a little way off.

We booked at very short notice and got the last 2 rooms - the Pears and Cherubs Rooms. Considering that both were in the attic, they were more than ample for our needs with en-suite shower room attached. The Old Registry is a lovely, quirky building and the staff made our stay very enjoyable. The "Full Yorkshire" breakfast was first...

We were staying at the Old Registry Haworth as part of a gift of unique and boutique places to stay voucher. We hadn't thought of Haworth until then so it was a great prompt. Also we had seen the Brontes docu-drama last December which had whetted our appetites! We arrived late afternoon on the Friday so just enough to introduce...

A lovely overnight stay in the Garden Room which overlooked the park. The room had a lovely homely feel with a four poster beds and many original features. Hubby loved the big bath and very comfy bed. Had an evening meal in the restaurant and chose off the early bird menu - 2 courses for £14.95 and I had the...

Loved staying here, hidden away on the moors, along a cobbled street that takes you back in time. It's nestled amongst individual shops with an old apothecary, galleries, vintage shop and more. The place is decorated so beautifully with an inspirational creative collection of interesting finds, each angle makes a wonderful picture. Rooms are very comfortable and well thought through,...

We only stayed one night. Nice place, bit of character but nothing stood out about it. Our room was up 4 flights of stairs, not too much problem. It was small & cosy. We didn't find the bed comfy but that's us! Neither of us normally sleep well but we definitely didn't that night. My side of bed was in...

We stopped for two nights and in the room Memories, it was comfortable and just what was advertised - the evening meal we had was excellent, very tasty (The duck) and they did good Gin. The breakfast was also excellent, plenty of it and all pleasantly served as was the evening meal. In fact the staff were all very pleasant,...

I cannot understand some of the negative reviews on here...were they staying at a different property? We found this excellent in all ways, from the beautiful room (Duchess) with a massive bathroom to the historic charm of the dining area. Breakfast was superb, pleasantly served and a fuss made of a grumpy toddler who was making his presence felt a...

I use Tripadvisor a lot. Over the years it has helped me select restaurants and B&B's that best suit me and mine. Thank you to them. To contribute, I do try to write reviews and hope to be fair and objective, but always truthful. I booked TOR in the pleasant Main Street of Haworth for 2 nights. The cost of...
