Stayed here for two night, the first night there was an hour and a half wait for a meal in the dinning room. So opted for a bar meal, the food wasn't great but at least we got some! There were customers who had to send out for a pizza and others took 3 hours to be served in the...

Well where do I begin? Hotel is lovely building but poorly managed and understaffed. Waited at least 20 minutes each time at bar to get served. There was a queue like it was for the Boxing Day sales! It was Sunday evening with quite a few guests. Sat watching one person getting overrun at the bar as other barman had...

We booked a suite for our family (2 children under 4 and 2 adults) the price was reasonable and included breakfast. Parking was free and there were lots of spaces. Checkin was simple and luckily we managed to get our room a lot earlier. The room was clean, large, and a comfy bed. We had dinner in the restaurant which...

Antony was the most attentive and friendly barman ever. He looked after me and my friends on the hen party we were on. The hotel was ideally situated and the staff were all friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.

This hotel has so much potential, on the face of it this hotel is lovely. However, it just feels unloved needs decorating in the room and spa. Spa changing rooms were disgusting and smelly. But staff are lovely and welcoming. Sucha basic thing like an extractor fan in the bathroom was missing meaning that everything in the bathroom remained damp...

This has put me off ever staying at a Best Western again. I am a Rewards member too ,have a booking paid for in Germany so after that I never want to pay to stay at Best Western again. The ground floor room we had,G14, smelled as you opened the door. The pillows had blood stains on. The telephone was...

I stayed here in a family room for 1 night. The room was clean but very dated compared to other hotels within a similar price bracket (vile patterned curtains) such as Premier Inn / Holiday Inn, but we chose this place because of the spa / pool. Evertything seemed fine until the time came to go to sleep... then disaster....
