Some people would call the consistent homogeny of Premier Inn hotels boring or unimaginative, but as someone who spends far too much time checking into mystery hotels to discover broken showers, knackered beds and noisy rooms, knowing that I can be confident of a quiet and clean room is something I appreciate. Staff were friendly and helpful (as always) and...

The room was clean and newly decorated, the receptionist was great but the attached pub was awful. Service was with a grimace rather than a smile and if you want a quick breakfast don't come here. Food was pretty awful to

One of the smaller Premier Inns, I always stay here when I come to this side of the country. The staff go out of their way for you and nothing is too much trouble. I have often been able to request a certain room and they have delivered every time. The rooms have been refurbished and are very comfortable. My...

This is a great little Premier Inn and the Brewers Fayre does what it says on the tin. One word of warning though . . . . watch out for the rooms to the left of Reception (1 to 14 I think). All the hotels rooms were refurbished last year but for some reason they removed all the exterior windows...

We stayed for one night at this hotel, with two young children, and cannot recommend enough. The room was quite small for 4 of us but we were only sleeping here so not a problem. It was clean and stylish and well equipped. However it was the two reception staff who made the stay so excellent as they were extremely...

I've stayed here a few times with work and the staff here are always friendly and helpful. Tom particularly on my current stay was very helpful - getting me directions, giving me his honest opinion on nearby places and most importantly making me laugh. All the staff I spoke too were friendly and helpful - a credit to the company!!

We stayed here as a base for a Christmas party and were pleasantly surprised!! The reception staff were very helpful and super friendly! The hotel rooms have recently been refurbished and were very nicely done so! So much attention to detail, we could compare them to more expensive hotels we have stayed in!!! Well done premier inn, cant wait until...

I stayed here on business last week and the Hotel was excellent, very clean and modern rooms, option of free WiFi that performed well or upgrade to Ultimate for £5 24hrs which served its purpose to watch Netflix on. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was of good quality. Nothing negative to say.

Stayed one night whilst attending an event at nearby Coombe Abbey. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, the shower was great and the lady on reception was excellent - easy check in, and her efforts in finding out where our delayed taxi was exceeded our expectations. All in all excellent for the price.
