We booked to stay one night, we had a nice welcome, and the room was very clean and very spacious, and the bed was very comfy, it looked very deceiving from the outside, and as we walked to the room there was some wallpaper peeling off the wall in the hall, but it was a very nice stay, breakfast was...

I stayed here for 1 night in a refurbished room and was really impressed. The room was lovely, really clean and modern. The freestanding bath in the bedroom was a great addition too. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and there was lots to choose from on the breakfast menu. I'd definitely stay here again.

Stayed in this hotel whilst returning from holiday. The only real perks were the free wi-fi and free parking. From the outside, it looks quite pleasant and has a unique garden to visit. The room was something to behold, looking very much uncared for, lacked a central light, and may have been cleaned in a hurry. The single bed was...

Oh dear, not good. First impression - lumps of wallpaper missing from the walls as we walked to our room. Room dark, no central light, needs a good refurb, could have been cleaner, dead fly on the chair, spider's web in the window, kettle not emptied since last occupant, and pretty gross, bits came out of it when I emptied...

There was 8 of us for a birthday meal. Some had steak which was good. I had the gourmet burger which was lovely. Service bad at times cos the waitress had a lot of guests to look after. Nice light setting though. Enjoyed it and the garden was a lovely place to go to after the meal.

Stayed here for 2 nights. We were in a refurbished room. It was very clean and smart. Nice new carpets bathroom curtains etc. Some rooms apparently haven't been refurbished yet but ours was great. Very friendly and helful staff. We ate on first night in restaurant. Not a wide choice but ok. Would stay here again.

This is my 2nd review of the hotel, but good service & food deserves another mention. We booked afternoon tea, at the last minute without problem, and it was lovely. Sandwiches, scones, tea & cakes all delicious. Waitress was just superb, nothing was to much trouble. Lovely crisp & clean linen. It genuinely was delightful & very worth a visit....

I stayed at the hotel for 1 night on a business trip in November 2015; I will split my review into sections for ease: Location: convenient for anyone attending an event at the NEC, which is an approx. 10 minute drive away. Check-in: quick and very friendly. Room: large and clean, and had everything you needed. Decor was dated, but...

I was staying in Coventry overnight with my daughter and we only needed a base. This hotel served its purpose . The cost was very reasonable--the staff were exceptional. the room was great for the 2 of us for what we needed I have to say the hotel was generally a bit "tired". It would be fabulous if it had...
