The hotel is well located for the City and the Railway Station, both about a 5min walk away. The room was small but comfortable, I have stayed in this type before in Paris. There is a nice bed with a cubicle shower/ toilet in the corner. The Air Conditioning seemed just to blow hot air around so a waste of time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast, though not extensive was sufficient All in all a nice stay and would use again.

My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights in a twin room for a business conference. It is a convenient location for the train station. Checking in was fairly easy. The rooms are very basic and clean but need a little TLC. The bathroom was in very poor quality, a dodgy flush on the toilet, the shower was clean but couild have done with an upgrade. There was no room service, so no fresh towels or beds being made for us coming back after our conference which was very disappointing. The staff were helpful and friendly which was the highlight. Breakfast was just OK, the usual, cereal, toast, cooked breakfast (didn't have this because it looked a bit dry and as if it had sat for a while and it was only 7.45am). Its just OK to be honest, would I stay here again, probably not.

I stayed at this hotel as I was attending a work conference in Coventry. I didn't check in until 11.30pm along with 10 colleagues. We were so late due to a delay on our train from Glasgow. I called the hotel 7 times on route and was cut off or it rang out before it was answered at 9.50pm by a very unhelpful girl. I asked if we could still get food to be told no with no attempt to offer any alternative. I accepted this as it wasn't the hotels fault we were late. On arrival the staff were distracted, unhelpful, gave someone a key for an occupied room, 2 people were sent to another hotel at midnight as there was no rooms for them, some of the staff were hanging about the reception getting g ready to go to a night out,one girl putting makeup on in the kitchen. I was then told I could have food but only 2 options to choose from and no gluten free option. I was told to have the curry but not to eat the naan bread. Obviously I had lost all trust by then as I would be very ill if I ate gluten. Manager seemed clueless. Rubbish lying in the bottom Corridor was still there at 7am and my room had a damp, musty smell in it and the shower ran out onto the bathroom floor soaking it. I belive my employer has complained and will not use the hotel again.

It’s a functional place and fine for 3 nights A littlle attention to customers would make a big difference. We felt ignored at our arrival. When the reception lady started taking care of us, she put on her face a professional smile, nothing ... natural in her attitude. Also, we had the breakfast included but she didn't checked correctly our reservation and tried to charge us. We shown our booking rervationso they finnaly didn’t charge us for that. The room was cozzy, double bed and an open wardrobe and desk. No fridge in rhe room. The shower design is nice but is impractical, the water drains underneathpod as is it has holes instead ofhandles and is not closing‪ tightly‬ Confortable bed but the pillows are to firm for me No hand towel for after you wash your hand - just a shower towel. The maid didn't clean our room at all and we had to ask the towels to be changed A good breakfast, buffet style of hot & cold but a little limited. They provided us with fresh fruits on every morning ‪ Location (5-10 minutes to the city centre), price (affordable if booked in advance) ‬ Parking is available.
