Stayed here for an overnight business trip on the 23/4, the hotel is clean and well kept, the room was clean and tidy, no noise at night, so a good nights sleep was achieved, the Brewers Fayre restaurant was good, the food was hot and tasty. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is very convenient, as it is just off the M6. The reception is manned 24 hours a day by friendly, efficient staff. The room was comfortable, clean and surprisingly quiet. It had air-conditioning and free wi-fi. The hotel itself had no restaurant or bar, but the Brewer's Fayre was next door.

Great hotel, clean and friendly. With 4 children and 5 adults in the party we were relieved to find the hotel was in a great location and the staff really friendly. The rooms were great, we couldn't hear anyone else through the walls, it was so quiet.

We needed a hotel at short notice for a weekend break in Warwickshire for 2 adults and a toddler. The hotel is easy to reach and well-connected to the road network in all directions, and there are several restaurants and a large Tesco nearby. We were given a family room at the rear of the hotel. The room, on the...

We wanted to stay here to break up a very long journey; even though just off the M6, noise was not an issue. I booked our rooms on the Monday to stay here the following Friday. Having three children we had to have two rooms; I bought them online - one phone call later to the hotel, Lorna had reserved...

All as you'd expect from this brand of hotel. All service was excellent, staff helpful and cheerful. Rooms exceptionally clean, spacious and comfy. Bathroom spotless. If we ever install more work at the Arena we'll be back for sure.

Stayed at this hotel last weekend for one night. Very friendly check in staff. Room was very clean and very comfortable. There is a restaurant in a separate building, only steps away. There is a cinema complex and a Nando's within one minute walk. Taxi to Ricoh Arena was £15. Really can't fault this hotel.
