We went down for a one night stay as hubby had business early the next morning. The landlady was wonderful! She did so much to help us and went out of her way to make us comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was lovely.

Set in the country but with easy access to places, especially good if you are going to the police college. The owner is very friendly and most helpful. We only stayed for one night but wish we had stayed longer.

Stayed here as I was tracing my parents history who met in an aircraft factory during the war in Ryton On Dunsmore. The landlady was running the place on her own as her husband died some time earlier. Nice large room with large bathroom. However, the furniture left over from another era. Probably back in the 50s/60s? Although the bathroom...

We have just returned from a stay with Jayne and Ted at Home Farm - as ever we received the warmest of welcomes, we had the same room as last time and it was very comfortable. We slept very well, Jayne's breakfasts are superb and to be honest if you go for the full english you really do not need...

We have just come home from a two night stay at Home Farm B & B. We were given a nice large room with a very large comfortable bed. The bathroom was large with a good shower. Everything was lovely and clean, fresh milk supplied for tea and coffee rather than UHT milk which is awful. Breakfast was excellent, good...

Although we had booked separately my friend and I arrived together. We were greeted at the door by a very straight faced lady who proceeded to complain that one of us had said we'd arrive at 7 pm and the other would arrive at 9 pm (we actually arrived at 8 pm). After stating that she wasn't prepared to cook...

We stayed at Home Farm for one night as my husband had to attend a course in the area. The owner Jane, greeted us on arrival & gave us some helpful tips on the area etc. Our double room was straight out of the 1970's but, clean & adequate for our needs. The old style television was operated by 2...

I stayed there for 1 night. Lady who runs the place was most unfriendly and rude person that I have encountered in a very long time. Whenever I tried to approach her, even on the first attempt, her answer was (in very annoyed voice) - "What now?!", while rolling with her eyes. The room was small, but "ok" for BB....

Stayed for the College of Policing around the corner. Very friendly owner with good local knowledge and recommendations. Stayed in a large double room which was a little dated, but wasn't an issue. Breakfast was nice, with a good choice of cooked and cereal. All in all, a good all rounder at a reasonable price.

We stayed for one night. Three ladies in a triple room. The space was more than adequate. Excellent en suite , copious amount of tea, coffee in our room. Breakfast was a full English, served fresh and was delicious. This property won't disappoint you. Yes we would definately return.

Thank Carole B
