Room very very basic. No hairdryer, fridge etc. No air con so rooms will be stifling in the summer. Management and reception very good customer care though and did their best for us and started breakfast early for our girls.

We arrived for my birthday treat, we were welcomed at reception, the room was fresh clean and nothing to fault. we had breakfast it was excellent plenty of choice, and plenty to eat. The staff were great, friendly and found the time to talk to us, we felt very welcomed, and would recommend them, and visit again.

Stayed here for a Saturday night. Easy check in and friendly staff. Room nice and clean, basic and small but nice. Bed was comfy. Good breakfast choice in the morning. Bar and seating area. 10 min walk from broad street bars, car park easy access and very close to hotel, lots of things to do in precinct where hotel is,...

I've just spent 5 nights here for work. My first Travelodge experience. Would I stay again? Yes. All the staff were friendly from first arrival until final departure when I returned to collect my bag that they'd looked after for me after checking out. Good value rooms with king-size beds. A good test of service is when something goes wrong...

As my work budget fails to keep up with inflation I frequently find myself n travelodges. So this ones ok, clean, nice friendly staff, cooked breakfast although I can imagine it being noisy at the weekend as it's in a plaza with casino, gym, bowling , cinema and indoor climbing. A nearby Frankie and Bennys if that's your thing, but...

We came for a girls weekend in the city. Our room was clean, tidy and spacious for 3 per room to get ready easily. Most of all the staff were amazing, very friendly and welcoming. Extremely helpful and went out of their way to help us, made us feel very valued. Great location, right by the cinema, Costa and restaurants....

Front doors broken on arrival and departure, had to manually try and slide them open to leave - no staff around. On arrival no staff could be found despite persistent ringing of the 'buzzer' for 10 minutes. Room far too hot on arrival, heating on full.

We have stayed here a few times. It is a very good location - just a few minutes walk to Broad Street etc. Basic room but clean and tidy and suitable for a two or three night stay. Our deal included breakfast, which was very good value. The choice is excellent and we found the food freshly cooked. Reception staff...

Navigating the hotel was super easy from the bus station. We were greeted with a warm, friendly smile - great customer service. A perfect location if you are attending a concert at the Barclaycard Arena - literally a simple 10min walk away. Breakfast was brilliant value for money and the food tasted amazing! Wasn't particularly noisy considering we had a...

As far as travelodges go this one was modern and comfortable. There is a 24 hour bar and food menu. Amanda at reception was really nice when we arrived for check in. She also drew a map to the barclay card arena (about a 10min walk) and suggested an area for restaurants. There is the broad walk plaza car park...
