Fantastic customer service from both bar and hotel staff. Sherrie-Ann is an absolute delight! Quick food service for a busy pub, tidied up quickly and just a nice atmosphere overall! Would definitely recommend as a Wetherspoon employee myself I was very impressed!

Great location, close to all city centre amenities and transport links. The rooms are well decorated, clean, modern and of a good size. All hotel and bar staff I met where lovely and friendly! Highly recommended!

The staff were really lovely and helpful. The rooms were comfy and clean and really quiet. The hotel is in a great location in the city centre and right next to the train station. I would stay here again.

Room 203 Nice enough room but, Noise from extraction fan from nearby restaurant permeates the whole building meaning you can only avoid it by closing the inner frame windows which wasn't great in a warm building. Great pleasant staff though.
