Was attending the NEC in March, the distance away is minimal so a great hotel if you are visiting the NEC . Restaurant was really busy both nights but the receptionist advised us to book in advance when we checked in and really glad we did. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Overall a really nice comfortable stay

There was smile at the entrance waiting for us which is always welcome! The room was very clean, the bathroom immaculate, and the beds very comfortable. As I was on my own with my little girl I wanted to use the telephone to call reception to ask about booking a taxi to the NEC but found it wasn't working. When...

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights, we has to make complaints twice about the cleaning staff. On our second night, we came back to room to find that our Do not clean tag had been removed from the door and then our room key had been changed. With our room having our laptops and all our money in...

We were in Birmingham for Adele's concert at the NEC on Tuesday and the Premier Inn was the perfect place to stay - a great hotel and great location so near to the venue. After previously checking in online, checking in at the hotel itself was quick and easy. Our room was clean, spacious, with a lovely bathroom and a...

I have stayed at a few Premier Inns bit this one is rather different. It is a large hotel, there is paid parking (it is on the edge of the NEC, so 6 pounds for 24 hours isn't a bad deal) and automated check - in... which needed the staff to talk me through! But the room is large and...

Booked this Premier Inn as familiar with Premier Inn style and hoped for close proximity to NEC. Less than 10mins from Birmingham International station by taxi. Swift service as checked in online. Pre booked meal deal, food a good standard and friendly service. Particularly important to me as a female single traveller. Lovely big room, clean, with plenty of towels...
