No parking! They are refurbishing the hotel and ... They hyde the note that there isn't any parking! It's a service disaster! They put the sign with wrong street name for possible, every time busy parking! They charged me 120£ for an old fashion ugly smelly room! At 8am they started noisy works! Is this acceptable?

I stayed for 2 nights midweek on a short theatre break to see Billy Elliot at the Hippodrome. It is also well placed for the new canalside developments. Despite being near the busy Broad St, this hotel is located in a secluded back street and therefore there was no external noise whatsoever. Please note that it is not possible to...

We booked four rooms so that 8 of us could attend the Great British care awards at the ICC. The hotels postcode and address advertised online are now wrong due to building work in the area which means it's a nightmare to find. On arrival we where not able to check in due to everyone not all being there and...

I used this hotel for a works night out to save traveling home. The rooms are great for the price £52 including breakfast, bathroom was clean with a good standard of finish; a good night's sleep on a comfy bed. The location was a 3 minute walk to broad street.

Great location for events at ICC or Symphony Hall, car parking a bit steep at £7 and beware that carpark can get very full if arriving late at night. Usual friendly premier inn greeting, good sized rooms, comfy beds. Smaller bar & restaurant than a regular premier inn but with Broad Street around the corner there's probably no need :)

After the mix up with my room they kindly refunded me and the beds are always comfortable. It wasn't noisy. It was very peaceful. It wasn't a very busy hotel either. Staff were friendly. Hotel was a bit on the small side with only having 2 floors and a small restaurant.

Great place to stay for a quiet visit. 15 - 20 mins to the Bull Ring. Plenty to see enrout including architecture and shopping. Pleasantly surprised. Plenty of restaurants to choose from but I would recommend going to China Village area. Everything is well signposted.

We stayed here for one night following a day at the NEC. It is well situated, with plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk and the city centre a short stroll along the canal. The car park is somewhat small - some of our party had to park in the nearby Q park. There was some noise...

Great location, great value for money. You know exactly what your going to get in your room and so far I've never been disappointed with a premier Inn. Clean, warm, comfortable and excellent breakfast. They are sometimes a bit tight with the sugar on the drinks tray but it's easily resolved which you never mind. This one has a car...

I stayed for 2 nights for an event at the ICC. Arrived about 4pm and smooth check in. My room was on the second floor. It was like a new room, clean and not too hot like some rooms can be. Mood lighting over the bed pretty cool. The bathroom was all white and modern with a decent shower. It...
