The email we received before arrival suggested a car park behind the hotel (£6.50 for 24 hours). We arrived late on a Sunday and was dubious about parking there as it is just waste land but by the next morning it was rammed with cars. Quick friendly check in. Went straight to room to unpack, needed an iron which I...

There are building works going on next door which PI warn you about but it didnt cause me any issues. Room was vey clean and bed was comfy, it cost £62 for the night so brilliant value. If you don't fancy a PI breakfast, there is an Eat, Costa and Nero approach 5 mins away. Happy to recommend.

Great location for Barclaycard Arena as it is within easy walking distance. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Only reason it did not get a five rating was that we didn't have hot water before going out for the evening as the builders had turned it off and forgot to turn it back...

Premier Inn always exceed expectations for cost of room and Birmingham Broad Street is no exception. Very friendly staff, clean room and great location. Only downfall to our overnight stay was that builders had turned off the hot water and had forgotten to turn it back on when they left for the day so we had no hot water in...

This is our third time to this hotel as it has parking and is so close to the city centre but also to Brindley place, restaurants, ICC, NIA, Mailbox and the Library. We had no complaints about the service, breakfast or rooms but the noise from the building site across the road was quite loud and started early. We possibly...

I stayed for one night while away on business. The hotel is easy to find and I parked easily nearby. There is some building work at present which limits some car parking on site. The hotel is well positioned to Broad Street and not too far from the attractions and venues in the area. Rooms are well designed and decorated...

Justs a short walk/ride from the station this smallish hotel is big on style and quality. Security is very good with the room card needed to enter the guest area. The room was very spacious with a bath and shower. The bath filled quickly and there was plenty of hot water. The TV had a good range of freeview channels...

We stayed at the Birmingham Broad Street (Brindley Place) Hotel at the weekend and were not disappointed with any aspect. It is a perfect location for the best of Birmingham and the staff were incredible, particulary the dining room staff. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice, clean convenient stay in central Brimingham
