Very clean and newly decorated hotel with very friendly staff, walking distance to Broad Street and 10-15 min walk from New Street Station, would highly recommend. Only negative was I couldn't figure out how to turn heat up/down in room.

My family and I stayed at The Premier Inn in Brindley Place, Birmingham and for the first time we experienced noise problems. We had a banging floor above us (sounded like Big Foot was up there!) and also a lot of drunken guests making noise in reception through the night.

Unfortunately we did not have the usual relaxing, quiet stay provided by other premier inns. The extractor fan in the bathroom was like a helicopter! I'm not exaggerating. I tried to turn up the TV volume but it's set to a maximum of 15. The background noise from outside and other guests in the corridor just couldn't be drowned out...

Stayed here for the night when we went to see Adele at the NEC. The room was lovely and clean and the bed was massive! Really comfy mattress but the pillows not so comfy. Lovely view of the canal outside our window. Unable to eat food here as absolutely nothing (except fruit) was suitable for vegans. We walked to the...

Yep - can confirm that the bed was cosy, the pillows were comfy and I slept very well. I was so pleasantly surprised that the TV adverts are spot on, which was brill for a change!! Breakfast was very good and perfectly cooked and plentiful. Location was good for the Canal Area and a visit to the Barclaycard Arena and...

Very close the Barclaycard arena. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Wonderfully clean and large room. Good soundproofing! Breakfast was great. Hotel dinner was edible but poor £ value. Would stay again!

We booked here because it's right on the canal and we were doing a walk along the canal. We often stay at Premier Inns for 1 or 2 nights at the most, if we're going walking, shopping or catching a flight and know we won't be spending much time at the hotel. The rooms are usually cheap, comfortable and very...

Stayed for two nights over Easter. Room was large, clean with huge fluffy towels. Plenty of tea/coffee/milk - more at reception if required. Unfortunately we were located in a room right by the stairs, which meant we heard every footstep up and down (didn't realise this until we were almost ready for bed ... felt it was too late to...

The staff were so friendly and helpfull. The wifi was rubbish we were unable to get connected. The room was lovely fresh and clean. We didn't have meals in the hotel as it was cheaper to go out for dinner.
