Came to Birmingham for a night out and couldn't recommend enough. Brilliant location, lovely clean room and such a comfy bed! Also, Kelly was brilliant and even gave me advice on what shoes to wear. Would definitely book here again!

Stayed this week, and the location is very handy. A lot of he furniture in the bar, and rooms looks a bit overdue for replacement, and on arrival the air con was on and set to freezing in the room (1117), and no coffee in the complementary tea and coffee making facilities. The TV in the room barely worked, was...

I stayed at the hotel on business for 2 nights. My room was on the 12th floor and stank of stale cigarettes. The TV in my room wasn't working and had to ask twice to get it fixed. Also, the lamp in the room didn't work either. Definitely not 4 star standard. I've stayed in a number of Radisson Hotels...

So disappointed. Moved away from Birmingham 30 yrs ago and always been intrigued by this hotel, maybe because of its place on the Brummie skyline. Cold room with air conditioning running as a welcome. Thanks to the cleaner who bought us the staff electric heater. TV outdated. Is it too much to expect USB/Scart connection as standard! Location is the...

Me and my partner stayed here on a Saturday in February 2017. Location: The location was fantastic. Very central. We were going out for a meal and drinks in the Mailbox. We got an Uber due to the weather which cost £3.50 both ways. However the walk is probably about 10 minutes. Very close to the Bullring, Grand Central etc......

We are regulars with the Radisson Blu chain having stayed with them in Cardiff, Bristol, Birmingham, Liverpool, London and abroad. Radisson Blu Birmingham is ok as far as hotels go. We only ever stay in suites and have stayed in both Junior suites and the Presidential Suite in Birmingham. The rooms are certainly very large but could do with some...

Absolutely fantastic!!! 6th floor, what a view! The floor to ceiling windows are amazing. Hotel is spotless & facilities excellent. The baths deep with a sloping back, perfect for chilling before hitting the town. Great location, 5 minute walk to bullring, train station. Couldn't get more central. Friendly efficient staff, always have a smile. Bed was so comfy, free WIFI...

We checked in last night for two nights. This hotel is supposedly 4 star but it clearly isn't. We are on the 12th floor which has an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke (you can smell it as soon as you get out of the lift). I can also smell smoke in my room (which is meant to be a non...

Stayed here a couple of nights recently on a business trip, hotel is lovely food is terrific and the location is only 5 minutes walk from centre of town, staff were fantastic. I was on the 17th floor..the views of the city were a bonus! My only problem being my double bed had two single mattresses which I hate at...
