I recently stayed one night at this hotel whilst on business. The hotel was located on Broad Street, however from the 11th floor noise was minimal. My room was spacious and decorated to a good standard, I enjoyed the walk in shower in particular. Check in and check out was quick and easy. The only issue preventing me giving 5...

Excellent hotel close to bars and restaurants. Short taxi ride from station and short walk to shops. Hotel staff friendly. Good breakfast choice. Room clean and fresh. Had twin room which had large beds.

Stayed for one night & was very satisfied. Excellent service, friendly staff & very comfortable rooms.Only thing I would say is that I wasn't too keen on the glass bathroom doors.I was sharing my room with a friend, but other than that I couldn't fault the hotel, service or staff & would definitely stay again.

Good location to the Broad Street night life, but could still get to sleep as I didn't hear any noise. The rooms are clean and the bed is very comfy and there is a big selection if you have the breakfast.

Excellent hotel, all staff very friendly and efficient. Very clean and modern, nice breakfast It is excellent value for money. Be aware that there is a daily car park charge of £10 that we were not aware of at time of booking because we didn,t book with the hotel direct. It is obvious on the hotel website however. Will definitely...

Stayed here for one night following a concert at the nearby Symphony Hall. It’s well worth researching how to get to the rear car park before you travel, as the street lay out is somewhat confusing, especially if you’re travelling during the rush hour and surrounded by other traffic. Once you’ve parked though, the lift will take you directly to...

Dear Guest Thank you for your valued feedback, it is appreciated. You are correct, as with all large cities, car parking is chargeable, operated by a third party for the preferred use of our hotel residents, and offering the lowest rates across hotels in Birmingham. Lifts are controlled in the order called and key cards used to select the destination...

The hotel was fantastic and we would definitely recommend staying here. The staff were amazing and very helpful from the moment we walked in. The bar is very cheap and the food in the restaurant is more than adequate. We were asked whether we would like a room on a higher or lower floor - we went for higher which...

Overall it was a good stay, hotel is clean and staff were friendly and capable. I like the TVs in the lounge area, and the showers in rooms are excellent. Great central location, though the road its located on is a bit of a chavvy hotspot with oneills, popworld, wetherspoons etc. Could not hear noise though as we were on...
