Personally I wouldn't recommend or stay in this hotel again. While the staff were friendly the hotel itself was terrible. Bathrooms smelling strongly of smoke. Stained carpets and "holes" under the bathroom lino! The whole hotel appeared to be grubby. We ate in the restaurant. One meal was forgotten. The children's meals were unavailable due to lack of supplies, as...

Booked 3 nights at this Premier Inn, location was quite easy to reach from the M6. Room was very quiet with good comfortable bed and air-con. Rate varied from £67 to £96 per night B&B which seems excessive. Don't bother eating in the restaurant as the Wing Wah Chinese buffet is only 5 minutes away, the food is awesome and...

We have been staying at various Premier inn hotels around the country but this one was not up toy expectations. The room had a damp Smell to it and the bathroom washbasin faucets were separate for cold and hot. I haven't seen those since the late 80's world wide ! I think this hotel is in need of renovation. I...

Stayed here for two nights,As a family of four the beds do tend to be pushed together and you end up with not much room to move, but the room we were given was larger than normal which made it more comfortably. It did have a small TV but it didn't bother us.The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. Ordered our meals...

Nice clean hotel, comfortable rooms. Could not hear noise from road inside room. Free parking and wifi. Breakfast was good with a wide variety on offer. Hot breakfast was cooked to order and arrived fast. Pleasant stay, would stay again.

Stayed here during our August Football Stadiums Tour. Satff were as always excellent, and as can be expected from a PI, the hotel "does exactly as it says on the tin". Rooms were quite small, but adequate for 2+2 travellers. TV left a bit to be desired when you've got kids to be entertained. Genuinely think that the hotel could...

Stayed here with my small granddaughters for one night, very central position, rooms nice and clean, but having booked dinner in advance wished we hadn't bothered, took ages for the waitress to take order, even though there were only about 4 other tables eating,it then took over an hour for food to arrive, which one of the children's meals was completely...

This was a comfortable stay as we expected with plenty of free parking. It was easy to find as it was just off the main ring road. It is well lit up so you feel safe as well as entrance barriers. The room was clean and comfortable.

Stayed for 1 night with my husband and 2 children. Nice family room, helpful and friendly staff. We had breakfast and the children ate for free - breakfast was really good. My children really enjoyed it. Definitely recommend.

Stayed here for 1 Saturday night in June. Very quiet, lovely friendly staff + would defo stay here again if we come back to Birmingham. Took us about 20 minutes walk to the town centre (with a child) so it isn't to far away but taxi was only £5-5.50 (average)
