This hotel is a boon for visiting the entertainments in Birmingham central from afar - we have used it several times to provide a good nights sleep and sturdy breakfast after a night at the Symphony or Town Hall, all for a very reasonable cost. Book with confidence (preferably early to get the best discount) - no I am not...

Stayed at this hotek to visit birmingham xmas market. Check-in was fast and straight forward. Room was clean and bedding immaculate. I do feel it was quite pricey for a premier inn but it did the job of what is was needed for and that was a one night get away with friends for a shopping weekend. Staff really helpful...

The location is great, near Broad Street, the symphony hall and Laibach, and a couple of minutes from the town centre. The car park is a good size and £5 for 24 hours was good value. The rooms are the traditional size and simplicity, this is not one of the plush Premiere Inns, but the bed was really comfy, good...

Only stayed for 1 night, but the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Car parking was available at a reasonable rate, just £5 for 24 hours. Room was clean and tidy, bathroom clean and functional, bed was very comfortable. No noise considering this hotel is in the centre of a busy city.

We only stayed for one night at this Premier Inn, but we were well pleased with the room, facilities, and most important the bed. We had a really good night's sleep. The girls on reception were very friendly and helpful and guided us in the right direction to all the places we needed to get to. I would certainly recommend...

The hotel is conveniently situated for central Birmingham and Brindley Place restaurants. The room was smaller than usual for Premier Inn, as stated, but also poorly lit. The 6' bed was too large for the room size making it cramped. Staff and service very pleasant. Glad we traveled by train, parking looked difficult in the area.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights in early November 2015. It's located close to Symphony Hall, Central library, B'ham Rep. theatre, Brindley Place etc. It's about a 10 minute walk from New Street railway station. There is limited car parking at the hotel. The room was fairly small but adequate. We stayed on the third floor and it...

We enjoyed a one night stay at this hotel, and can recommend it as a base for anyone visiting Symphony Hall. Within a 5 minutes walk, the Hotel is ideally situated, and yet, despite its central location, provides a relaxing and surprisingly quiet environment. We took advantage of the restaurant and bar facility, to enjoy a pre-concert meal and after-show...

Room was poorly positioned, dull and too dark and had no comfy chair. The bed head was directly under the window meaning that outside light leaked onto the pillow! Bed comfortable. "Restaurant" service was slow; staff trying but understaffed. It took 80 mins to be served with a soup and salad!
