Brilliant customer service from the team at Bridge Street. Bernie looked after us in the bar, as did John (you guys have the patience of saints), and to Joyce, the hostess with the mostes during breakfast. Such kind people who made you feel comfortable and welcome.

First time staying at a premier inn and wasn't disappointed. Had the all you can eat breakfast and was well worth the £9.50 and kids are free which was a bonus. Lovely staff and nothing is too much trouble.

We actually had the Continental Breakfast, which there was plenty of choice ( including freshly made porridge, which I love) and plenty of food, but there was a buffet hot choice also, which looked as if it was replenished as needed.

Sorry. Don’t know. Corridors are a bit narrow on upper floors so might be a bit awkward unless you have a folding bike.

What time does the bar close?
We only used the bar early evening then went into city. Very late back so not certain. Someone at breakfast did say they were in bar until 12:30am
