Visited Birmingham for my birthday weekend . Booked to stay here and was looking forward to it as stayed at the Oxford Hotel. This Hotel was nothing like it , uncomfortable beds and bog basic room. Had paid 'Extra' for a room looking over a tatty car park. We were provided 2 drinks on arrival for it being my birthday...

Lovely hotel perfectly situated next to the Mailbox. Modern, spacious room and great selection of European (cold) breakfast. I had a massage and was impressed by the lovely masseuse who clearly knew her staff well. The only 'bad' thing that I would say is that the hotel appears to be quite dark. I'm assuming it's going for the sophisticated, minimalist dark...

I loved it here! We stayed in the mail room and it was very accommodating and luxurious, large velvet sofa, four poster bed and large bath and shower. The toiletries let it down for a classier hotel but apart from that it was lovely. Nice Starbucks in the foyer too which is handy for a hangover in the morning, close...

This hotel could get a 4 star review if they hadn't made a few slip ups such as dirty room towels, incredibly loud AC and unfriendly service. The receptionist was nice but the lady who greeted us at breakfast and the ladies in the spa were just so unfriendly and lacked genuine smiles. It's incredible how much a smile can...

Perfect room and great service. We booked a Mal club room which was so comfortable and spacious. Had a slight issue as our TV didn't work and had to be replaced. Other than that it was perfect. Definitely recommend this hotel
