See previous comments. The arrangement with NCP is very loose and you can easily park at the wrong NCP car park and end up paying £26 rather than £9 a day parking. This makes this TL much less of a bargain.

Room and bedding very clean. Just across the road from Moor St Station and a few minutes from New St. Nice reception staff who let me leave in my luggage both when I arrived too early and when I checked out. Very good value for money.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Clean warm room in the city center 10 minute walk to o2 academy and 5 minutes to the bull ring. Next door to food shops and bus route. Quiet street at night and great night sleep

Staff were friendly, hotel was clean and well maintained. Our room was clean and had fresh sheets and towels. I really enjoyed ny stay and woul definitely stay here again. This one was cheaper than the bull ring one just down the road by £10 but it was just as nice.

Had a brief but lovely stay at the Moor Street Travel Lodge. Friendly staff and great location. Good view over the city, especially at night and moved up to the 6th floor for a quieter stay! Would return.

This Travelodge is the best I have stayed as very clean and staff customer service was excellent. Our group was of 12 x 40 somethings on a stag weekend. We all agreed how clean, well equipped and friendly the hotel was for a short stay

Hotel was clean and friendly, with a whitherspoons (Square Peg) within easy walking for breakfast. And the centre, bullring and new Street station all no more that a short walk away. Overall a nice place to stay for shopping or partying.

Came for a night out with some friends and honestly couldn't have been welcomed by nicer reception staff. Becky and Leanne really did go the extra mile in making us feel at home straight away. They were smiley and friendly, just what you need after a long train journey - instantly perked us all up and got us excited for...

Room as expected, staff helpful and friendly. No restaurant for hot breakfast but hotel located right next to Tesco express and close to eateries open for breakfast. Not the best surrounding area so don't expect a pleasant view!
