Stayed here for one night as a stop over, and was very pleasant. Rooms were clean and adequately equipped with what you need. Receptionist Claire was helpful, there was a mix up with rooms due to the previous receptionist human error, but all was resolved quickly and efficiently. Complimentary water, tea and coffee was also provided. Shower was very powerful...

Stayed here for one night whilst visiting family in the area. Quite a distance from Birmingham for anyone looking for City Centre accommodation. The building is about five years old and looks modern from outside. It is on a busy one way system , opposite an Aldi and above a Kentucky Fried Chicken takeaway. Shared, free parking. After booking I...

Extremely good value for money. Very quiet and sweeky clean. Free car parking is a bonus. Basic room, basic facilities, but basic price also. Convenient location. I thought traffic noise would be a problem due to the location, but not at all, maybe due to the comfy beds

You know what you get with Travelodge The room was clean & functional with coffee & tea making facilities but the room was devoid of character The hotel is well situated for the centre of Halesowen & has loads of parking but the real negative point for this hotel is that there is no breakfast save for a "breakfast box"...

Perfect for our needs. We only stayed 1 night, as a family of 4. New build hotel. Great location for us to go on and meet our friends, and visit a local attraction. Easy to find. In a, seemingly, nice area.

We stayed here one night while waiting to go to Cadbury world the next day. The car park is a little confusing as it tells customers to park the furthest away. As there is a shop and KFC below the hotel. But the lady on the desk said it is a shared car park and you can park anywhere, it...

I use a machine to help me breathe at night. The electric sockets are about 3 metres away from the bed. Unless you have an extension cord you have to turn the bed around so the bedhead is near to a socket. I point this out to Travelodge every time I use them, nothing is done to address the issue.

Stayed at Halesowen on the night of 8 April. Very friendly welcome from Clare on reception. Well prepared room. Quiet, restful and good value. Exactly what was required. Good parking area with security cameras. Only detraction was the amount of discarded litter on the car park from users of the adjacent KFC and not cleaned up by that organisation.

The hotel is located above a well known fast food outlet and between two very busy road so is very smelly and noisy. The hotel wifi did not work and no help or refund offered when bringing to the staff attention. The heating in the room also did not work and got the same response when advising.

Nice and clean family room, receptionist friendly & helpful. No shower jel which she quickly sorted. Only negative is the pull out beds the mattresses are lumpy and uncomfortable which prevented my daughter from sleeping, younger kids don't care but older ones who like to sleep do! Also room situated right next to internal card access door which was noisy...
