Stayed here for one night as part of a 2-day Trade Union conference. Hotel is in a good location on Broad Street, 10 minutes walk from the city centre and New Street station. It's also adjacent to Gas Street Basin, which makes it easy to explore the various canals and pathways around the city without using too many main roads....

We went to Birmingham for a football match, the hotel was a great location to everything, the staff were friendly and the room was fantastic, we will be back again. Looking forward to the next trip already.

The rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast buffet in the morning was plentiful. Lots of gluten/dairy free options. Perfect location after a night partying in Broad Street. Shame there is not great view and you cannot open the windows!

Someone had left a negative review about the temprature in the hotel, so I packed lots of jumpers. I found it very comfortable. Need not have worried. Staff were very friendly and the food great. we are staying again in 2 weeks.

It's been a few years since I've stayed here, but on this recent occasion I was impressed by how much it's improved. There was a lovely smell in the reception area, I don't know if it was some kind of air freshener, but it permeated throughout the ground floor and I really noticed it every time I walked through. The...

non working keys were taken as a less urgent matter. despite repeated request nobody came to offer a proper apology or a gentle "we should have fixed this urgently" statement. although the lady manager later more than made it up with a genuine smile and plate full of goodies.

I was here for just one night, a Sunday, staying on my own. It is a fairly new build hotel, with a lot of other hotels still being built in the area. Close to the shopping areas and pedestrian zone and a short walk from New Street Train Station. I got a large room, with TWO double beds, even though...

Good experience overall. Excellent restaurant on ground floor. Best Meal I have had in a long time. But please have timed in hand when you check out - the system is a slow riser! Rooms are e=very good and well maintained.

Great central location, but let down by staff and customer service. Check in was clumsy and the staff generally seemed to lack the ability to say please and thank you. Rooms are clean and food on room service was very good.
