Overall, friendly staff, decent room size and facilities, however, sheets had a patch of muck/mould and the room generally needed a bit of TLC. The ceiling had dirt/damp marks and the walls needed repainting. The most annoying thing is WiFi! We paid the £3 for 24 hours, and were unable to get a strong enough signal to perform even the...

Staying here was a pleasure, considering that it was right next to the M5. One word of warning though.... do not even bother eating a the Burger King, the food is sub-standard and I'm not a fussy eater. I tried it a couple of times, just in case the first time was a one-off. Has put me off eating burgers...

Very friendly staff, room was clean. I paid £3 for wifi, but the signal was so poor I couldn't even load a page. Constantly dropped connection, spoke to the woman on reception who phoned the company who provided it, spent 20 minutes talking to a man with broken English, resolved nothing. I will use Halesowen next time, newer, fresher and...

The hotel has been recently decorated, it is very clean with good sized rooms and comfortable beds. There was an excellent powerful shower, plentiful towels and tea and coffee supplies. The housekeeping staff were all smiley and pleasant. The reception staff were very helpful providing advice, booking taxis and asking if we needed anything. Molly on reception in particular went...

Whilst the accommodation was good, the one problem i found was the advertising of the WIFI, free for 30 minutes or £3 for 24hrs. Well thought I would do the £3 but it never worked, complete waste of time trying to get connected. Spoke to reception who said that the hotel has been having problems for months, not good when...

Many thanks for your review. We're really sorry to learn of your disappointment with our WiFi extra. We do not include the cost of this extra in our room rates unlike some of our competitors as we believe this allows our guests to pay for the services they need so we can continue to offer great room rates. We will...

Staff were friendly, rooms were good size and bed was comfortable - so pretty much what you can expect from a Travelodge. The fact that pre-paid wi-fi did not work is not really good enough. I consider wi-fi a must have with hotels now a days - yes staff happily gave a refund but that is not the point. Services...

I have stayed in a variety of travelodges over the past 2 years. I love the fact you can take your dog into your hotel room too. That's my main reason for choosing a travelodge.. The rooms are always up to excellent standard and I've never experienced a problem in any one I've stayed.

we've had a wonderful time at the travellodge. Everyone was very friendly and the rooms were very good. The only negative thing that i can tell is that the wifi did'nt work and could not be solved. I will surely come again.
