HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

The Hilton Garden Inn at Brindley Place is in an excellent location. Although close to Broad Street it is in a quiet location and right in Brindley Place by the canals with a great selection of bars and restaurants and just a 3 minute walk to the Barclaycard Arena. It has it's own car park but if that is full...

Stayed for one night in march 2017, booked by my employer. Location - just off Broad Street with a large number of chain restaurants and chain pubs/bars nearby. Prefer independents myself.... Lobby large modern and airy, quite pleasant. Staff on desk were helpful at check in and check out. Room was OK, not too small but I have stayed in...

Our daughters were going to a concert a the Barclaycard Arena just so chose this hotel based on its location. It was the perfect choice as very close to the arena and all the great bars and restaurants by the canal. Room was immaculate and our stay was very enjoyable. Breakfast also very good. Would definitely stay again, hopefully in...

At last I found a hotel I cannot fault. The Reception staff are the most efficient and friendly I have encountered. For my wife's birthday they organised a lovely room and even went to the bar to get a wine bucket with ice to chill our wine. Clean and compact rooms with everything you need and comfy beds

Fourth time in Birmingham for a yearly conference. Been trying different hotels, but this is so far the best, if you consider price and proximity to the conference centre. Very friendly reception, clean nice room even though it wasn't huge, good free wifi and three minutes walk to the ICC. My only objection was the price of the breakfast which...

Nice rooms and a great location. Bathrooms are small but fine. Breakfast is adequate but doesn't really reflect the four star experience you might expect. The staff are really good and very professional - I would stay here again.

Well, that is compared to other UK hotels...because the room is still very small and the bathroom has only enough space for one person of average size. But the rooms are quiet because of solid walls and onsite parking is available albeit very limited number of spaces. The location of the property is terrific because of the number of great...

Definitely worth staying here. The location is great but the the parking situation is very misleading on the booking confirmation. Room service a bit hit and miss but it wouldn't stop us from staying here again.
