Nothing positive . The dirtiest hotel I have ever been in. Beds disgraceful, furniture falling apart. Bathroom truly awful. I didn't feel safe at all and left at six next morning. I wished i had gone home direct from event but because I had had three drinks i did not want to drive. How the hotel keeps open amazes me....

Don't do like me and reserve without reading the reviews first. This is indeed, without any doubt, one of the worst hotels I ever stayed in. First of all, the pictures are very deceiving. They don't correspond with reality. Everything looks tidy and new. That's not true! The staff is unfriendly and like others have already mentioned, most unhelpful. The...

I went with a group of friends on a night out in Birmingham and a friend suggested stopping here as it was cheap, regardless to say I haven't spoke to that friend since. The room was disgusting to the point I had to sleep in my clothes as the sheets were stained, no curtains what so ever so I was...

Terrible place....communal areas dirty, everything scruffy. Bar area strewn with dirty glasses. Families obviously living there with children screaming up and down the corridors... this is being used as a homeless hostel, and is definitely NOT a 3 star hotel. Don't book!!

I stayed at this hotel last night and I was appalled at the condition the room I was originally given was in. The windows weren't shutting properly so it was bringing in a cold breeze as well as rattling every few seconds. As my friend turned on one of the bed lamps it had blew up and a few sparks...

Just awful. Filthy, smelly, unhelpful staff. So glad we didn't eat there. Families cooking in their rooms on the top floor. Nightmare to park. Drunken dirty homeless guy obviously placed there for emergency accommodation was claiming his room had been broken into and items stolen when we arrived back from our night out.

I have never stayed anywhere with such poor service and ignorant staff, the decor is like a throw back to the 1970s. The TVs didn't work, overall not a good experience. Will not be returning.i have never stayed somewhere so poor.

Don't ever go here, seriously, the hotel was boiling hot everywhere, the bar staff were extremely rude, every single thing was overpriced and the rooms were so small it was staying in someone's closet, please don't go here!

It was cheap for a reason, firstly whilst checking in there was a guest on the phone complaining about the state of their room and well by the looks of our room it seems the cleaners need to go back to specsavers, the beds were clean enough but there was what looked like black coffee thrown up the walls and...
