We have stayed here on numerous occasions as we go to events at the nearby NEC. The reception staff continue to be miserable. Room is clean & comfortable, although there were cigarette butts on the balcony! Very noisy doors that Housekeeping Staff & other Guests slam shut. Pool & Jacuzzi are nice, and the breakfast is always good. I still...

My husband and I usually stay here when we go to the BBC Good Food Show at the NEC, but this time I was here to attend the RoSPA awards with work. It's very easy to find. It's a large hotel with over 700 rooms. As you can imagine it's very busy but you wouldn't know it because the staff...

We stayed here for 3 nights whilst working nearby. The hotel is well signposted, has a large car park and is easy to get to from the M42. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the NEC. There is a large bar area and a good sized restaurant and being one of the larger Hiltons I have stayed in,...

Stayed overnight for an awards ceremony at the hotel and we had a good time all round albeit a few issues along the way. It was evident that there were other conference guests at the hotel that day to find that the hotel car park upon arrival was closed as it was full so we had to park in the...

This hotel is situated in exactly the right place to attend concerts at the NEC and the Genting area. The breakfast was very good as was the bar meal. Our only niggle was that the bed was uncomfortable and hard.

We got married there in June 2015. The desk staff were utterly rude and also very disorganised. We were guaranteed two changing rooms for our guests to change in - the desk staff allocated the bride's room (in which she had all her personal belongings in!) as a changing room for the wedding guests! They did not sort this out...

Easy to find and easy to park. Went in and checked in, where we were greeted by friendly staff. Room was good, and clean. Ideal location for our concert, which was at the Genting arena, which is a 10-15 min walk. Although longer if you don't exit the hotel correctly and follow the signs! I suggest asking someone to point...
