We arrived at the Hilton for afternoon tea as a couple and arrived at 2.20pm for a 2.30pm booking. We presented to the concierge who told us to take a seat and a staff member would be with us shortly. 10 minutes had passed and we were forced to hunt down a member of staff to make our order. My...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

Stayed 2 nights to attend a show at the NEC, really could not be more convenient, had an executive room with lounge access which was very comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent with the friendly staff working really hard. Check in and out was a dream. Wifi was very fast and reliable, the lounge was well stocked and comfortable.

Stayed for one evening to attend a show at the NEC. Room was OK although bathroom a bit grubby. The seal at the bottom of the shower door was gunky. I know they are not easy to clean but that is no excuse. Sink drained away very slowly so had to plunge it a bit to rinse away hubbies bristles....

I stopped here for one night before attending a conference in the hotel. Good parking and general facilities including restaurant and leisure including pool. Breakfast was a little busy, but the staff cleared tables quickly meaning most did not wait more than 5 minutes.

The rooms are a little tired and certainly not up to the standard of other HiltonHotels we have stayed at! The breakfast the Executive lounge is...

I had a room in what seemed the newer part of the hotel - smaller than the older rooms but very modern and I had a really good nights sleep. My friend was staying in the older rooms and it was huge but did seem very dated so I'm glad I spent two night in the newer room. Breakfast was...

As with all 4star hotels, it's not cheap to eat and drink here, however, we ate in the Millers restaurant...very nice..house wine is £26 a bottle, but it's an Hotel! Room was good and clean and quite comfortable. Lovely surroundings outside, with a nice lake and woodlands, and easy access to NEC.

Entrance was very lovely, staff very professional however me and my mate booked a deluxe twin room and were very disappointed with the standard of the room considering the price and the fact that I believe Hilton hotels should be of a high standard ! Smelt of damp and stale urine in the bathroom, not a nice first impression when...

Very tired, dated, staff don't look happy, had a spa day, worse facial I've ever had. I won't be returning!!! Couldn't eat in the restaurant because we weren't having afternoon tea from the spa, so they lost out on my money there!!

I visited for a work meeting. The venue is easy to find, has plentiful parking and the hotel is clean and a great place to hold a work meeting. Food was good and staff were accommodating, friendly and helpful. We would use again.
