This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, on a weekend tour with Travelstyle. We were met off the coach by the hotel manager who took our case to our room(I have limited mobility). The room was very clean and well presented, the bedside lights didn't work though. Hot water was plentyfull. Tea/coffee and bisciuts provided. All the...

I wouldn't recommend this hotel because first they are expensive, second they mention free wi-fi in rooms but you only get it in reception (if you are lucky). It is loud and not very clean. It could do with modernising. It also mentions the free use of trousers pressing but the one in our room didn't work. Blanket had a...

We stayed here as an overnight stop on a coach trip. There was another coach at the hotel as well. Despite this, check in was quick and the room was as good as anything you would find in a travelodge/3* hotel even with trouser press and hair-dryer. The food was 3 course carvery with delicious homemade potato and leek soup...

This was a terrible hotel in desperate need of an update. We stayed in a 'family' room which was a 3 bed room with an extra bed squeezed in (against the radiator - health and safety??!!). It was dark and gloomy, with some bulbs not working. Really dusty, found two toe nails on the carpet, mould and mildew in the...

The hotel is in a good location, central to everything you need in Birmingham. Its located off a main road however its not noisy which I assumed it would...

We stayed here for 1 night for £30 for a twin room and found it to be a really good value hotel. The room was clean and had all the basics you needed. We had a ground floor room by reception that was a little noisy in the morning but we did have the windows open. A convenient location for...

Booked this hotel for weekend, to stay in with my six year old son, as we were attending the CLA Game Fair. After I booked it ,I read some bad reviews which worried me a bit. But it was much better than expected. For the price I paid, it was spot on. Breakfast was very good too. No complaints

Sta yed here as part of a travel company weekend break, but left with a bad taste in my mouth. Room was poor quality, blind in bathroom had mould along the bottom of it, shower rail was full of rust, hairdryer in bathroom had a layer of dust on it and the moulding on the bathroom door was mostly missing....

Stopped here for one night after watching a show at the hippodrome in Birmingham city centre. The room though basic was clean and had an tidy and had everything i expected for 45 quid. The room was warm, fresh smelling, secure and perfectly adequate for a one night short stay. Hotel staff were a little half soaked but this place...
