Good Value Hotel...paid £45 for a double room for one night (including breakfast for two) which is quite a good price. The room was a decent size, with en suite bathroom. The hotel is in a good location, central to everything you need in Birmingham. Its located off a main road however its not noisy which I assumed it would... More

We stayed here for 1 night for £30 for a twin room and found it to be a really good value hotel. The room was clean and had all the basics you needed. We had a ground floor room by reception that was a little noisy in the morning but we did have the windows open. A convenient location for... More

Booked this hotel for weekend, to stay in with my six year old son, as we were attending the CLA Game Fair. After I booked it ,I read some bad reviews which worried me a bit. But it was much better than expected. For the price I paid, it was spot on. Breakfast was very good too. No complaints

Stopped here for one night after watching a show at the hippodrome in Birmingham city centre. The room though basic was clean and had an tidy and had everything i expected for 45 quid. The room was warm, fresh smelling, secure and perfectly adequate for a one night short stay. Hotel staff were a little half soaked but this place... More

Terrible rooms when I eventually got into it after the first of many problems with the door card! Very uncomfortable beds, very small tv with little choice of channels and a towel rail that burns your leg every time you sit on the toilet due to very poor placement! Main doors to blocks are only supposed to be accesable with... More

We were a group of 8 to celebrate a friend's birthday, booked 4 rooms, but they do triple and family room too, that would been cheaper if you are on budget. We arrived 2 hours early, the oriental lady at the desk was very efficient, she checked us in within minutes, hassle free. Make sure you call before hands, to... More

Prices quoted on website do not match over the phone so make sure you confirm price before booking. Most staff very helpful, but one oriental female member of staff is terrible. Arriving late is ok as long as you ring during the shift of the person on the late otherwise they give your room away despite confirming with a credit... More
