Although most staff are customer focused some on the desk were unable to accept that what I and other guests said was correct. Preferring to 'blame the guest' rather than listen and accept reality leading to guests having to sort problems out themselves.More

arrived 5pm,ish choice of (gated) carpark spaces.. Might've been down to the last few by 7pm but wasn't looking. (wednesday in june, no football on) check-in, beer, outside tables(technically a beer garden) bed/room/shower all faultless. The phillips TV might've turned itself off or lost signal...More

It's within walking distance of the football stadium. The hotel itself is decent. The facilities are basic but, since I was only here for the night, it was more than I needed. The staff were friendly & attentive.More

We stayed here to attend a football match. The stadium was a 10 minute walk from the hotel which was ideal. It took us 20 minutes to walk to the Bulls ring. The hotel itself was ok, it had everything we needed for a nights...More

Not a very short walk, but if you are okay walking about 15 mins, then birminghams biggest shopping centre bullring with plenty of eating options is available.

Check in 2pm and u can go earlier they always Hv the rooms ready in most hotel around the world, check out is 12am Breakfast 6:30 to 10am

Hi we parked across the road from the hotel as it was cheaper . The hotel car park has a very small entrance . If it's too low there are numerous options around x hope this helps

"Quieter rooms at rear of hotel away from the road. Air cooling units can be noisy."
