Very good value for money stay at this hotel. We received a friendly welcome, free parking, our requests were fully met and the rooms have been recently refurbished. We did not eat at the hotel. Only slight issue was previous guest had smoked in bathroom with lingering smell - not the hotel's fault.

Expectations not high, but very pleasantly surprised by welcoming and friendly staff, comfortable room, functioning and easy to control a/c, excellent breakfast. Fully recommended. The shower "pod" in the room in particular offers a lot of space with an effective double door to keep the water off everything else. Room 321 was quiet and comfortable.

Have stayed at the Ibis chain across Europe, from Nice to Geneva and Budapest to Lille, and you know exactly what you're going to get every single time - a clean and comfortable room with an overall good experience. Stayed here on a Saturday night, hotel is located about 25 minutes walk from the city centre or a £3-4 Uber...

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights, as I was due to attend the University for a week. I walked through the door and went to reception (which is 24/7), and was given my room card. My room was on the ground floor but was not noisy at all. Sometimes I heard the coming and going of people but...

We stayed at this hotel for one night, it was well situated, clean and friendly place. We only slept there so cannot comment on the quality of breakfast. There was a carpark attached, gates were closed at night for the safety of the cars. The room was clean and modern, we asked the reception staff for more pillows and within...

We stayed here for two nights January 2017 for my graduation at the Synphony Hall. So much cheaper than the centre of Birmingham and FREE PARKING . Hotel amazing for the price, rooms refurbished to a higher standard than other Ibis hotels we have stayed in. Taxi to Broad Street £8.00, however, in walking distance. Mcdonald next door where we...

Friendly, fast and efficient checkin. Conveniently located and now with the new Ibis room. Ask for a room on a high floor at the back. Lobby, bar and restaurant waiting to be completed. Fast food breakfast available next door. Free parking.

Good efficient staff and very helpful. Rooms are spotless and the hotel has undergone refurbishment in 2016. Much quieter than the noisy city centre hotels on weekends and about twenty minutes walk from the Bullring shopping centre but plenty of buses heading into Birmingham close by. Handy also for Birmingham City Football Ground just five minutes walk away. Continental breakfast...

Stayed one night as was doing law exams locally at the football ground. Room was lovely warm and comfortable. No gripes with anything. Road outside is noisy but thats Brum for you busy all the time. Would recommend and reasonable price too.

We've stayed here a few times now. It has plenty of secure parking which is why we chose it (travelling in a van), the rooms are great value for money and the staff have always been friendly and helpful and keep the bar open fairly late!
