Fantastic value for money, all the staff were lovely, rooms and bathroom were great, enjoyed the continental breakfast. Location was another plus, very close to the shops, museum and city square. The only down side was that the church across from the hotel had some sort of training exercise on where the bells in the church are rung...for 6 hours...

After a 5 hour journey we ( my husband 2,3 and 14 year old) finally arrived. Great Central location and a warm welcome from Matt on reception we parked outside to bring our bags etc in. Big mistake! My husband returned to the car after 6 minutes to a parking ticket. He quizzed a traffic warden who told him you...

Disappointing. Room wasn't made up for the 2nd night. I don't mind making my own bed so a full room service isn't necessary but the tea/milk bowl hadn't been replenished and I ended having to fish out pre-used t bags from the unemptied bin and having black tea. Told reception the next day and was told this was Premier Inn...

It's very Central, City Centre location cannot be bettered. Easy walking distance to New Street and Snow Hill Railway Stations. Possibly Moor Hill Station as well but I don't know where that station is. Loads of shops, bars, cafe's and restaurants all just steps from the Hotel. The Bullring a gentle 10 minute stroll away and the Canals, The Mailbox...

Right in the middle of downtown, although blocked off from street construction made it a bit difficult to assess from car. Walkable from train which is close by. Very close to shopping - literally right out the door. Was there for my son's wedding. Staff was very understanding and tried to get us a room open early for the groom...

Room itself was fine. Decent bed room was clean. Reception was helpful. The bar restaurant was terrible . I know it was separate to hotel but you are expected to eat and drink in there . Basically it was open to all and sundry . Drunks falling into tables smashing glasses with families nearby. Falling out the doorway into the...

We arrived completely out of sorts after the airport had lost our luggage, but we received a warm and calming welcome. Water on arrival was a nice touch and the staff were friendly. The room was as we have come to expect with an excellent and comfortable sleep.

Great location right in the heart of Birmingham. Very close to pubs, restaurants, City Hall and Town Hall venues. Walking distance to Brindley Place (10 minutes). Automated check in, bar, food etc. Modern clean room was well appointed. Our room (417) was opposite the lift so was a little noisy from the corridor in early morning.Secondary glazing to keep city...
