What is it with Premier inns sealing all the windows? I like fresh air and I am not the only one, room felt stuffy and airless, got a terrible sleep. Will not use this one again. Clean, and the bar next door was OK, but fresh air please

We always stay at Premier Inns, this one was in a great location and the staff were very helpful...but our room was freezing cold!!! We just could not get warm and it ruined our stay....we will stay somewhere else when we visit the Birmingham Christmas market next year.

The location is great. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was mostly good (terrible bacon though). Evening meals were great (fish and chips and shredded beef salad were fantastic - steaks were just OK - chunky chips could have done with a few more minutes). Room had a vent leading to outside in it. When the temperature is -2...

Stayed at the Waterloo St. Premier Inn for a weekend away with friends. Very central. Great price. Lovely and quiet despite being near lots of pubs and restaurants. Ideal place to stay for a shopping weekend. Would definitely recommend it.
