The hotel was well presented and the rooms were great for our family. There was little noise and the beds were comfortable for a good sleep. The hotel is well located with easy walking to the centre of Birmingham. Breakfast was very poor, there were not enough staff to cater for the number of guests. Food was available very sporadically,... More

Travelodge was a comfortable clean hotel, the staff were friendly. Hash browns at breakfast could of been cooked a bit more. The breakfast items off the cooked breakfast, could of been brought out a bit quicker.

My friends & I stayed in a family room for one night. The hotel was in the perfect location for our night out, very cheap & staff very welcoming. The room was clean & beds comfortable. Will definitely stay again, thank you!

The room was clean and well equipped. Disappointed that disabled rooms can't accommodate more than two people. My friend is in a wheelchair and we had to either pay for two rooms or she had to forego being able to shower/ bathe safely. Good restaurant was a short walk away - piazza di pasta.

Stayed one night whilst on business . Comfortable room towards the back of the hotel. Only downside was with the window open, I could hear the staff filling the bottle bank late at night, then staff crunching on the gravel outside early the following morning. Had to work late into the night so had to eat at the hotel, pleasantly... More

Stayed over the weekend for a quick visit to Birmingham. Our rooms were just as we expected, clean and tidy, plus probably the best night sleep in a while, the beds were amazing (which we were later informed by staff, that you can buy the mattress'). However what made this stay enjoyable was the service from the Assistant Manager, can't... More

Building works going on outside which we weren't warned about, woke us up in the morning! Also two people in the room, only one towel! No hairdryer, no soap, no hand towel. Might have only £40 but should have at least had these as standard!

The stay started with us finding the two of us were to share the same towel! Who puts one towel in a double room? But breakfast was the real low. The first morning there were 12 people in the room, the 2 staff struggled to keep the food stocked and tables were never cleared. The second morning was a total... More

My friends and I have stayed here quite a few times for nights out in Birmingham and have always had a good experience. The rooms are usually very good value as they sleep 3 people and so split 3 ways we never usually pay more than £20 each!! The hotel is close to the nightlife and so only a cheap... More
