The hotel is convenient for the city centre without all the trappings, as good as 10/15 minutes from most places by foot , staff are extremely friendly and helpful breakfast is on par with most hotels good range and well presented, only down side is the room card you seem to be constantly getting it refreshed this was my only...

Cheap accommodation, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms with all the facilities we needed. Rated location 4/5 as it was slightly hard to find but that was probably due to never having visited Birmingham before. Despite this, it was in a good location as it was quiet during our stay and there was places for food and drink nearby.

Clean, friendly, good value for money! Traveled alone with my young son - car park was very handy - almost missed the discount voucher though so co be sure to ask at repetition. Good selection at breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel over new years eve, and the staff were so so nice, very helpful and very polite. The staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The price for 3 of us for 2 nights staying over the New Year period was very affordable. Great location as well. The room was lovely, spacious...

Cheap and cheerful, happy family experience xxx Great location, right next to a co-op casual walk from the city shops and the Barclay 𝒞𝒶𝓇𝒹 𝒞𝒶𝓇𝒹 arena it was exactly what we wanted from a short city break.

Handy for the City centre and well maintained rooms. Great value unless you book a Saturday when the prices escalate dramatically and you might be subject to early morning noise from the returning revellers!

Easy to get to and very handy for the Barclaycard Arena. Worth noting that I parked for free outside the hotel, spaces are limited However. Check free parking locations with reception. Breakfast arrived in dribs and drabs, though what did arrive was very tasty. All staff encountered were friendly and professional.

Stayed here for the Christmas markets. Good location, only a 5/10 minute walk to the markets really. In terms of the room. Normal Travelodge room. Very clean. If I'm being picky I would say there are no plugs anywhere near a mirror (only 2 plugs by the table in the whole room). Not much space for clothes and bags. But...

Nice hotel, it has a very good location, close enough to walk in to the city far enough away that it's not too noisy. That said, we had a rude awakening in the VERY early hours of Monday morning by what sounded like rubbish being collected and people talking. The staff were very and helpful.
