We stayed here for one night with friends. It certainly isn't a standard homogenised affair like a Premier Inn or the like (and the better for it). It is a bit of a warren and this all adds to the character. It is convenient for walking to the centre of Warwick and the castle. The rooms were clean and well...

Stayed for 1 night for family party which was close to Hotel. Landlady was very friendly & welcoming. Breakfast was excellent & cooked to order. Room was rather dated in décor & did not match the obviously newly added en-suite! However the bed was very comfy! Tea/coffee making facilities were provided but unfortunately the milk had gone off!!!

Just stayed for one night for work purposes, landlady brilliant. Good location for shops, pubs etc, short walk to city centre. parking at the back.Bruna went out of her way to fit us in despite being nearly full. Rooms have everything you need, neat clean and comfy, nice bar. Lovely breakfast to your own request.

First its not a hotel - its a B + B. That's not bad. A hotel is just a building with employees many of whom don't care much. A B + B is much more, its a private house, and you are a guest of the owners. This is how we felt. The owners were a pleasure to meet and...

We stayed for 2 nights along with our friends. It was clean, the bed comfortable & the breakfast was lovely. The owner is a lovely lady, good fun & eager to please. The lay out of the place is a bit odd, it looks like either 2 or 3 houses have been converted, There is currently a refurbishment program underway...

Perhaps a bit tired in places but like the owner, it is full of character, a very good nights sleep, the bed was comfortable and seeing as it on a main road it was exceptionally quiet. If you are expecting a swish modern hotel then this is not for you. But as a base or as a business stop over...

Stayed for a music convention in Leamington Spa, only 25 min walk away. Was a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews on here but had no issues at all. We had a twin room, beds were fine. Shower was spot on. Breakfast was good, full English, cooked fresh. Decor may be a bit dated but it gave the...
