Stayed here over a number of weeks whilst working in Warwick. Very comfortable, great breakfasts and the loveliest family running it. Theres off road parking around the back accessed via a 'tunnel' through the buildings a couple of doors down. WiFi works well. The hotel is an easy walk from Warwick town centre with a small Sainsburys nearby plus a...

Wonderful family place, the owners were amazing hosts and took the effort to get to know each guest personally. The bar was a nice touch (though we didn't use it). Breakfast was fantastic! One of the best we had on our trip. The decor was also really nice, although I got lost a couple times wandering the hallways looking at...

Just got back from Warwickshire where we stayed here, well what can I say have never met a nicer family, we were met in the car park by Bruno and her son Marco a lovely friendly greeting, we were made to feel really welcome, they carried our bags and showed us all to our rooms, couldn't just leave the key...

What can I say? First of all we were greeted by the landlady, lovely Italian lady! Family run business, building full of charm, Bruna seems to fill the building with her character , we had a lovely two night stay, we were made to feel right at home, lovely clean white bedding, tea/coffee making facilities, free parking. Lovely breakfast -...

Stayed one night, 04/03/17, on a visit to Warwick. From the front it seems a bit unwelcoming, as the front garden next door was reminiscent of a landfill site. Once we were greeted by the lady in charge, a wonderful and elderly Italian, we realised book and cover were springing to mind. We were given Room 1, at the top...

Having noted comments about car park being hard to find, I contacted the hotel beforehand and had a helpful reply from Marko. On entry to the hotel, I was a bit dismayed. It all looked very dark and tired. I was shown to my room, a twin at the front of the hotel which was fine - just very dated....

I stayed here with a group of friends whilst visiting Warwick. The hotel is in a good location, close to town, and is run by a wonderfully welcoming family. We enjoyed a full English breakfast each morning which was always served with a smile. My en-suite bathroom appeared to have been recently refurbished. Whilst some of the other decor was...

The hotel is a friendly family run place. It's a bit like staying in someone's spare room. You want for nothing. Good tea and coffee in the room, good bathroom bits. It's not modern and slick so if that's what you want then it's not the Cambridge. Bed comfortable, lovely (small) hot shower. Great fresh breakfast. Lots of regular customers.

First of all I had to use my imagination to find the car park which is down a tiny side road and round the back and then I wasn't sure if I was in the correct place as there were no signs from the car park to the 'hotel' entrance. I tapped on a window and a man signed for...

The car park is quite hard to find as you don't turn down a road, you turn into an alley! Very beautiful building and room, could not fault that! Only issue was that at breakfast, the menu offers scrambled or fried egg, we asked for scrambled but the lady said she was too busy. She seemed nice but wasn't too...
