We booked this hotel for an overnight stay after a day at the races. It was warm, cosy, and spotlessly clean. Ideally located for the centre of Warwick and easy walk to the racecourse. Breakfast was very good quality with a good menu. My daughter and I asked for poached egg on toast which was not on the menu but...

We needed a place to lay our heads when attending a wedding. Ceremony in Hinckley, reception at the Castle. Oh, and we were coming up from Devon. Being on the Coventry Road, we were on the way to Hinckley right away and there in good time for the church service. Afterwards we were able to drop the car at the...

I stayed here with my partner for one night and it was nice. We had one of the more expensive rooms which was very large. The room itself was well appointed and comfortable. Staff were friendly and he breakfast was good. There aren't many hotels within walking distance of the town centre but this is certainly a good option if...

Business travellers are always short of time especially in the morning. This is one of the few hotels I have stayed in where the quality of the breakfast -cooked to order, and fast service took this into account. The Team - consisting of the chef and the receptionist/ server worked hand in hand to deliver an excellent experience. Porridge made...

We stayed here for a Christmas party that was nearby. Very good location- very easy to get to Warwick castle less than a ten minute walk. Breakfast was included and was made fresh. Room was very clean and homely. Thank you

We stayed in Room 2 at the end of October 2016. The room is right next to the front door, the pavement and the busy road - so is very noisy. This means that you can't open a window for fresh air all night. When we arrived the room was stone cold, the Receptionist came in and said the room...

Julia Thank you for your review for clarity of all I will list the other points you raised in your email before posting your review. 1)The waitress shoes made to much noise. 2) You could see the ladies face as she was eating on another table. 3) You could hear the man on another table breathing. 3)You found a hair...

I had a one night stay as I had an early morning start in Warwick; I was able to park with no issues and once I found the way in the reception staff/manager provided a friendly and helpful booking in. My room was very clean and of a reasonable size with a nice bathroom. I ate in town at a...

Just spent two nights in Warwick at this hotel. It doesn't look very exciting from the outside and the outlook isn't picturesque but it offers really good value and is perfectly placed being close to the lovely independent shops and restaurants on Smith Street. The hotel is more modern inside than you'd think, the bedroom was clean and the bed...

Excellent location just a 3minute walk from the station towards town. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is included cooked, buffet or both! Tea making facilities and large rooms with comfy beds and huge showers! Don't let the fact it's on a busy junction put you off as all rooms are double glazed and the ground floor rooms...

Slight confusion over the bill as I thought a deposit had been taken - when it actually hadn't. Despite that there was a very friendly welcome. The hotel was immaculately clean, the room was large and en suite massive. Nice breakfast, let down slightly by the coffee. Only downside was the small car park, but that was made clear on...
