Stayed for the races. Although the staff were happy and friendly the accommodation not great. We had 2 chalets next door to each other. One had no heating and a halogen heater. The walls are extremely thin. Could here next door talking/sneezing etc. When someone uses the water or flushes the toilet it vibrates and and makes a noise through...

I booked this inn as it was pretty cheap, needing somewhere not to far from Warwick Hospital, at short notice. It wasn't great, to be honest, very basic, but it had some really good points. To start, the car park is small and far from adequate. There was no room at all for us when we got there but the...

I booked this for the convenience of being near the Town Centre to have a nice casual w/e visiting local events. The room was very basic, radiator not workling but there was a portable electric fire. No drawer space to put clothing bits in so everything stayed on the floor in bags. The shower/ toilet room was freezing. Whoever drew...

My review is very similar to Jim P - our room was clean, tidy, no bad smells, relatively quiet, breakfast was delicious and staff were all really friendly. Decor really does need a spruce up but it was pretty acceptable value for money. We had no issues with parking so perhaps just lucky. We literally just booked for one night...

Avoid this place at all costs, we arrived on Saturday evening and were told where to find the room. Upon entering we looked around to find a hold in one of the walls, stained walls dirty carpet that was lifting at the edges and only cold water from what was a very weak shower. We left within 10 minutes to...

Booked a family room for one night. Reasonably priced at £85 so didn't expect too much. Parking area looked like a building site with very little space for vehicles. Pleasant young lady showed us to to 3. The windows were wide open but the room smelled musty. The smoking area was right outside the window so smoke and conversation drifted...

My wife and I stayed two nights. On arrival we were directed up some shabby stairs to room number 2. The room smelt stale and smoky. We were at the front of the building on a busy road with no double glazing. The window was filthy. There was no bedside lamp, no toilet brush and no hair dryer. We asked...

On arrival were told our room was not available and we'd been moved into a twin room. The beds were different heights. Room very basic, hooks for pictures but nothing on wall, dirty marks everywhere, lock on door loose and whole place very dated. We wanted to turn around and leave but had no option but to stay amongst the...
