We stayed for one night at The Falcon Hotel. We stayed in the old part of the building had a lovely room and our view was of The Grammar School that William Shakespeare attended. We were very near to the Shakespeare properties and not far from the Theatres. The staff were very attentive and we had our evening meal there....

Peaceful stay in Stratford Upon Avon. Fabulously located for shops and theatre. Highly recommend staying in the older part of the building with the genuine beamed ceilings and leaded windows - very romantic

We always stay at the Falcon and would never consider staying anywhere else. Know there are plans to renovate and update the rooms and we will look forward to seeing the changes. We have recommended the hotel to many of our friends and know they have found the hotel and the staff to be as friendly as we have.

I spend so much time at The Falcon due to work commitments that I feel it's like my home in Stratford. Staff is really nice (except for the cleaners). It could be better, yes, but it's perfect for my needs. I used to love the quirky rooms in the old part of the building, but now I prefer the plain...

stayed here for one night to see The Tempest at RSC. Hotel is perfect position for everything in Stratford and has a great characterful frontage (though the back is pretty tired looking) Fantastic room complete with sloping floors and Olde Worlde charm right at front - only downside was bathroom had no heating at all - but worth the trade...

An excellent hotel. Location food quality both dinner & breakfast. Staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rooms in newest part a little dated but spotless. Highly recommended for a sightseeing and theatre break.

We spent one night here on a trip to the RSC Theatre, which is within walking distance and our pre-theatre dinner was superb. The room was very comfortable although over-looked the car park, but as the deal was THROUGH TRAVEL-ZOO perhaps we didn't expect a 'room with a view'! Very good place to stay.

...well the old bit anyway! Stayed for a short break to celebrate a birthday. If you are a sucker for places that have a bit of history, then this is the place for you. The old areas are beautiful - but do have the concomitant noise problems you might expect: creaking floors, odd draughts etc - and the newer areas...

From the ease of parking on arrival to the booking out we had a lovely stay. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We were delighted with our room (305) in the old part of the building, full of beams, leaded windows and character. It was spotless and cosy (with an additional heater if needed) The...

If you need to be near the theatres this is a superb location. The hotel has a certain faded charm and is full of history. The rooms in the "new" block are very comfortable and there is plenty of parking.
