Located in a beautiful old building in the middle of town. Fantastic rooms decorated in a modern retro feel. Great size. Outstanding bathrooms! Some of the best I have seen in a hotel. Shower is amazing. Ask for room #11 The cocktail bar is out of this world. Louise was very helpful and knew the menu by heart. Service is...

Great boutique hotel which was incredibly relaxing and luxurious. Staff were excellent and had a very personal touch. We were met in the car park and escorted directly to my room. My only criticism is that I did expect a hot option for breakfast. I really had a great nights sleep - excellent bed and pillows!

My husband booked the Kenilworth for a weekend away for us. On arrival we were met in the car park and escorted to the room by a friendly staff member. We stayed in room 11 which was absolutely lovely, my feet sank into the immaculate plush carpet and the same level of luxury is continued throughout the suit. The shower...

I booked the hotel and table in the cocktail lounge for a surprise for my husbands birthday. Room 9 was excellent, huge room and good Ensuite, it is located in the building at the back so quiet and away from the bar. The Kenilworth is a very old building which has been modernised into a swish boutique hotel. The rooms are well appointed with comfortable bed and modern bathroom with walk in shower. There was a large tv on the wall and a coffee maker. The only complaint was that my room had one small window which could not be opened for...

I arrived early to meet some friends in the lounge and was greeted as if I had just crawled from under a paving slab! Ordering and paying for an advanced non alcoholic drink other than a cocktail was neither easy or welcomed! The group of people arrived and an order of over £110 was placed and delivered. The man who...

Ok...first thing, most us know many hotels will give you are generic response 'Appreciate your feedback blah blah please come again and we will be amazing next time'. Sound familiar? At the Kenilworth we give honest responses direct from the owners. We sit down with all of our staff and discuss all feedback/comments. When we receive constructive criticism, we take...

My wife (of about 8 hours) and I stayed at this hotel on the evening following our wedding ceremony. The room was comfortable and the ensuite bathroom/wet-room was superb. The bed was superb and the room warm and quiet despite being close to the high street. The decor was smart and the B&O television and modern coffee machine in the...

Very nice hotel room, very clean, brilliant shower and TV was brilliant, hair dryer and Iron/board included. Reception takes keys so access and parking is easy. Only downside is room is a bit small and you can hear the bar downstairs, but the bed was that comfy it didnt matter. Didnt have brekkie but looked very nice. Also there is...

Room was gorgeous- warm, cosy & tastefully decorated. Really clean & well presented. Coffee machine & tv were a nice touch. Although on the Main Street, the hotel quietened down before it got too late - had a great night sleep. The breakfast was great also- plenty of selection of freshly baked breads, freshly squeezed orange juice, fruits and cereals....

Didn't stay at the hotel, Visited this bar on a Thursday night with a close friend from London who loves cocktail bars and is used to the best. We were celebrating my 30th birthday. Arrived about 9 and stayed until it closed at 12. The bar is so comfortable, decor is exquisite if you want to impress this is the...
