Having close relatives living in Kenilworth, I have over the years stayed in a great many hotels and guest houses this lovely town has to offer. Recently, since my brother was ill I had to make a quick booking to stay overnight. Since it is "high season" a great many hotels were fully booked. The Peacock Hotel was able to...

Nice Room , Good Service and Food was great. Check in and check out is smooth. Employees were helpful. The room was perfectly clean and the bed very comfortable. The food is lovely and I would highly recommend the gourmet burger, you won't find a better burger in the area. I will most definitely visit again for personal use in...

I would like to highly commend the staff of this hotel who provided my wife & I with a very last minute double room (10pm!) due to an error in booking into a neighbouring hotel. They were super helpful & understanding & this was just what was needed to save the day. Charming double room with character. Great location for...

I would highly recommend this hotel, having stayed here for 10 weeks I have had a very enjoyable stay. The staff have been very friendly and there is nothing that is any trouble. Being away from home for so long the team including Marcia, Kirsty, Shannon and Saboo made me feel at home and most welcome. The room was perfectly...

On arrival I was given a room 101, the window would not close, I asked for assistance and the lady could not close it either. I was given another room (110) which had no towels and the photos below show you the standard of the room. I asked for towels and some 30 minutes later the same lady who had...

I would have rated this hotel higher as its clean the staff friendly and the advertised price is good value for money. However there are just a few little things that mean I wont be going back. The first was the £5 parking charge on top of the room rate, secondly the door to the room was to short so...

I was upgraded to a double room at check in point. The ladies greeted me at reception and were very helpful in assisting me to to the purpose of my visit. The room was ideal as I had enough space. The room was very clean and noticed that even the shower was cleaned up every day. The man was very...

The staff are very welcoming. Excellent check-in. Speedy organisation of pre-booking process. The sheets are always clean and brilliantly white. The towels are soft and gentle and bath was amazing. Perfect.

We chose this location for its proximity to the Warwickshire Golf Club, where we were to attend a wedding party. The friendly welcome from all the staff was excellent and helpful without being intrusive. The hotel itself feels like a maze of corridors, but was largely clean and well kept with only a few minor exceptions. There is also an...

We were upgraded to the Peacock from the Grand Hotel to a superior room, if that is superior I would hate to see a regular room. The young lady at the desk was most helpful but she did not have much to work with. the room was in the attic, the walls had patches unpainted and a hole in the...
